PRELIMINARY WEEKEND SCHEDULE

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2025

  • Airport arrivals, hotel transports, check-in at our lobby event table

  • Specific check-in instructions will be given in our Master Schedule coming later.

  • Evening Free in DC!

 

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2025

  • 8:00a - Welcome Meeting (all registrants)

  • 8:30a - Chorus Rehearsal (at our host hotel)

  • 12p-1p: Lunch break 

  • 1:00p-4:30p: Chorus Rehearsal

  • Evening Free for Choir

  • 5:30p - Orchestra Rehearsal (TBD)

VIP WEEKEND PARTICIPANTS (Non-Performers):

  • All rehearsals open for non-performing participants to attend.

 

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2025

  • *Performance day Schedule is subject (and likely) to change

  • Morning: Free time; prepare for performance day

  • 12:00p: Bus transport to National Cathedral

  • 1:00p: All non-performing guests - Tour of National Cathedral

  • 1 to 4:00p: Performance Rehearsal in The National Cathedral – casual dress

    • Non-Performers welcome to attend rehearsal after hall tours

  • 4:00p to 6:00p: Return to hotel to freshen up and dress for concert

  • 6:00p: Buses return to National Cathedral

  • 7:00p: Concert

  • 9:00p: Concert ends. Post Concert Celebration Dinner Cruise (transportation provided)

  • 12:00a: Buses will return group to Hotel

 

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2025

  • Morning: Free for DC tourism

  • 11 am: Hotel checkout

  • Departures - Extended stay nights are available. See our FAQ page

TRAVEL TO / FROM THE EVENT:

  • Travel and airport transfers coordinated by individual participants; taxi or Uber/Lyft to the hotel

  • Be sure to check your flight status before travel, watch for schedule changes and anticipate delays.
