Airport arrivals, hotel transports, check-in at our lobby event table
Specific check-in instructions will be given in our Master Schedule coming later.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2024
Morning - Choir rehearsal at Sheraton Hotel
10a - Photo Meet & Greet with artists
11:45p-1:00p: Lunch break
1:00p-5:00p: Choir Rehearsal
Dinner Break
Evening Free
VIP WEEKEND PARTICIPANTS (Non-Performers):
All rehearsals open for non-performing participants to attend.
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2024
Morning: Free time; prepare for performance day
12:30p: Backstage call - Carnegie Hall
1 pm: All non-performing guests - Tour of Carnegie Hall
1 to 4:30pm: Performance Rehearsal at Carnegie Hall – casual dress
Non-Performers welcome to attend rehearsal after hall tours
4:30 to 6:00pm: Return to hotel to freshen up and dress for concert
6:30pm: Choir in position backstage/load stage
7:00pm: Concert
9:30pm: Concert ends. Post Concert Celebration Dinner Cruise (transportation provided)
12:00am: Buses will return group to Hotel
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2024
Morning: Free for NYC tourism
11 am: Hotel checkout
Departures - Extended stay nights are available. See our FAQ page
TRAVEL TO / FROM THE EVENT:
Travel and airport transfers coordinated by individual participants; taxi or Uber to the hotel
