Arrivals, check-in at our hotel lobby event table - Hilton Midtown Hotel

FRIDAY, JULY 11, 2025
Morning: Choir Rehearsal (hotel ballroom)
Afternoon: Choir Rehearsal until approx. 4:30p (hotel ballroom)
Evening: Free Time
SATURDAY, JULY 12, 2025
Morning: Free time; prepare for performance day
1 pm: All Non-Performing guests - Tour of Carnegie Hall
1 to 4:30 pm: Final Rehearsal at Carnegie Hall – casual dress
4:30 to 6 pm: Choir returns to hotel to freshen up and dress for concert
6:15 pm: Choir in position and ready for the concert
7:00 pm: Concert Begins
9:15 pm: Concert ends.
9:30 PM: Depart for Dinner Cruise
10:00 pm: Dinner Cruise
12:00 am: Return to Sheraton Hotel
SUNDAY JULY 13, 2025
Morning: Free time
12 pm: Hotel checkout
